When embarking on a new tile project (especially a new shower project,) figuring out the layout is the first step. Where will the niche go? How big? Do we want a bench? Porcelain, ceramic, marble, glass, and more—there are so many options when it comes to tile, and each has its own list of pros and cons. Finer details, such as finding the finish of your fixtures, also fall into this step of the process. Luckily, helpful professionals are available at most tile shops and are happy to assist in picking the perfect tiles for your project. Keep in mind that it is best to wait until after the installer’s measurement to order the tile.

Time for a visit! After determining the layout and selecting your tiles, it’s time to contact us to schedule a visit. We will stop by your home for introductions as well as to take all required measurements, including the square footage needed to find out how much tile to order. We will also use this time to discuss any details and answer any questions you may have about the installation process. After our visit we take a few business days to calculate your estimate then send it to you via email.

So you've looked over the estimate, everything is looking good, and you'd like to work with us. Fantastic! The next step is to pay the requested deposit on the estimate to lock down the next availability in our calendar. Not only will this solidify your spot in our que, it will also allow us to start collecting the materials needed for your project.

The deposit has been received, and it's now time to collaborate on a start date! We recommend using this time to clear the room or area to be worked on of any personal belongings and furniture. It is also helpful to clear a pathway to the designated working area. We provide floor and dust protection for your home as well.

This is where the magic happens! We use the first few days protecting your home as well as setting up our work stations. Our work stations typically comprise of a grinding station, an area for our wet saw, and an area for our tools. We understand that we will be working in your home and want to assure you that we do our very best to be as respectful as possible while working at your residence. We have created a print out of a rough timeline of a project so you can have a better understanding of the stages of our process!
